Booking information

If you wish to make a
reservation or need more information about an apartment, please call/email first to check availability.
Our online reservation system is a few months away from going 'live'. We shall send you a booking form which
details all the terms and conditions of your reservation. Alternatively
you can download one here
Please note that we are
in the office between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am
to 5pm on Saturday, so any fax or email requests sent outside these
hours will not be received by us until the next working day.
You will need to complete
and return the booking form
along with your deposit to secure the reservation. Payment can be made
by cheque or credit card.
Once we are in receipt of your booking form and
deposit, we shall send you written confirmation, which includes a map
and instructions regarding the collection of keys / access to the
apartment etc.
We can also send you a holiday insurance leaflet if
you require it, as you will be responsible for the total hire charge
once the deposit has been received and confirmation issued.
